Ukraine Blames Russia while Losing the War, Trying to Destroy as much as Possible

Kyiv: Ukrainian authorities claim that Russia is losing this war and finally trying to destroy as much as possible on Ukrainian soil. The defeat of Russia is getting closer and the propagandists are visibly nervous.
