Islamabad : June 24, 2025 -H.E. HARERIMANA Fatou, High Commissioner of the Republic of Rwanda to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Akhatar A. Bughio, Director General of the Pakistan Halal Authority (PHA).
Their meeting focused on enhancing business ties between Rwanda and Pakistan, with a strong emphasis on aligning with international Halal standards and how to facilitate the business people from Rwanda to get the PHA certificates.
The PHA plays a vital role in regulating and promoting the Halal industry by ensuring compliance with Islamic law and global standards—paving the way for stronger trade partnerships and increased trust in Halal products and services both locally and internationally.
