The Pan-African Summit shaping the future of Digital Sovereignty, The Global Africa Tech , All Networks One Convergence kickstarted in Algiers the capital of Algeria on 28 March to be continued till 30 March with participation of  Africa’s most influential gathering of technology leaders and policymakers.

It is not a trade fair but a strategic convergence space designed to accelerate Africa’s digital soveriegnty and long term digital autonomy for African control over networks, infrastructure, and data flows, aligning public policy, infrastructure, investment, and innovation, a shared African approach to telecommunications and connectivity.

In a global context shaped by technological competition, geopolitical tensions, and increasing digital dependency, Africa must control its networks, secure its infrastructure, and protect its data flows.

Global Africa Tech 2026, held under the High Patronage of the President Abdulmadjid Tebboune and led by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of Algeria, provides a continental, institutional platform to align public policy, infrastructure strategy, investment, and innovation around a shared African vision.
