ISLAMABAD : Together with the Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) of Islamabad, Mr. Sohail Ashraf, we visited the under-construction “Babur Park” and “Tashkent Street” — two symbolic projects reflecting a new era of strategic friendship between Uzbekistan and Pakistan.“Babur Park” is being developed by Uzbek designers, architects, and builders as a unique space embodying culture, history, ecology, and the spiritual closeness of our peoples. In turn, “Tashkent Street” will become another modern and beautiful symbol of the brotherly ties between our two countries.
It is especially encouraging that the leadership of Islamabad highly appreciates the reforms and constructive initiatives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, H.E. Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and is eager to strengthen cooperation with the regions and cities of Uzbekistan.
Uzbekistan and Pakistan are confidently opening a new chapter of mutual trust, friendship, and shared development. Ahead lie even more major projects, investments, tourism initiatives, and humanitarian cooperation for the benefit of our brotherly nations.
