Made in Gujranwala industrial exhibition concluded on 21 Aug after attracting a huge response from the customers, officials, and diplomats of many countries including Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
The exhibition was held in the Lahore Expo Center where all member industries of the Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry displayed their products at the stalls. Gujranwala is situated only one hour’s drive from Lahore on Grand Trunk historical Road. Shoaib Butt the President of GCCI and the members welcomed the guest at the Expo.
Federal Minister Energy Khurram Dastgir and Governor Punjab Baligh ur Rehman were among the top officials who visited the exhibition and encouraged the entrepreneurs to continue their work to increase the value-added exports of Pakistan.
Dean of Diplomatic Corp, Ambassador Turkmenistan, H.E Atadjan Movlamov, Ambassador of Azerbaijan, H.E Khazar Nadir Oglu Farhadov, Acting High Commissioner of Malaysia, H.E Deddy Faisal Ahmed, Acting Ambassador of Philippines H.E Maria visited the expo and took a keen interest in the products displayed at the stalls.
Secretary ICI&SDD, Dr. Ahmed Javed Qazi visited the exhibition along with President GCCI Muhammad Shuaib Butt, CEO, Punjab Board of Investment and Trade, jalal Hassan, Additional Secretary Rana Rizwan Qadeer and met with industrialists, exhibitioners, students, and visitors. He appreciated the industrial growth and quality of products displayed at various stalls.
All leading manufacturers of Gujranwala were under one roof for three days in Expo Center Lahore to showcase their products and strengthen their dealer network.
