Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Visits Pakistani Artist’s Workshop of Paintings on Country’s Heritage

Tashkent: 25 Aug 2022 – The Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Nigmatovich Aripov visited the art workshop of Pakistani artist Waqas in Tashkent. The artist is drawing paintings of historical places and buildings of Uzbekistan.
The Prime Minister appreciated the Pakistani talent to represent the beautiful image of Uzbekistan & Pakistan.
Pakistani artist is there in connection with the Program of the Visit of Painters /Artists from the SCO Countries to Uzbekistan.
Mr. Waqas said, “As an artist, I feel very proud to have taken part in this very special event to represent my Country.”
About 70 artists are participating in the program from around the World on the initiative of the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All SCO countries’ Artists will create artistic canvases about the ancient monuments of the city, region, and country, and the daily life, and history of the Uzbek people.
All SCO Countries’ presidents & Prime ministers will visit this Exhibition of the work of the artists on 16 Sep 2022. Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif will attend SCO Summit.
