Ukrainian singer Kristina Drobinka who sang Dil Dil Pakistan in Islamabad in international tourism conference held at Serena hotels has been cruelly beaten by her dentist and she is hospitalized in her home town with three severe injuries on her leg. Her Pakistani friends are shocked on torture on this fine lady in her country and expect that the government of Ukraine will take necessary measures to bring the culprit to book and extend maximum help to the singer for her early recovery.
Kristina traveled to Pakistan many years ago to attend the tourism conference. She won the hearts of Pakistanis with her performance on famous song. She later was invited to Pakistan Embassy in Ukraine where the then Ambassador of Pakistan honored her for her contribution to promotion of Pakistani culture.
She recently visited Pakistan Embassy in Berlin where she performed with special Pakistani children who were there to take part in games. Ambassador Dr Faisal appreciated Kristina’s love for Pakistan.
Ukrainian singer and event organizer Kristina Drobinka was attacked in the city of Truskavets, as a result of which she suffered a complex leg fracture. According to the singer, she was seriously injured by the dentist who treated the woman.
“An attempt was made on my life in the city of Truskavets by a dentist at whom I put two fillings and a crown on a tooth for the first time in my life, having paid him the entire amount for his services in advance. Before that, I was not familiar with this person, Kristina has shared.
She added, “He made me a poor quality crown very high and it caused discomfort in my mouth. I asked him to file it and provide me with a warranty card, he refused to give it to me and file the crown and began to behave aggressively, kicked me out of the office, unexpectedly attacked me, beat me and broke my left leg in three places with displacement, as a result of which I received severe leg injuries. “At the moment, I’m in a wheelchair and I can’t walk.”
A criminal case had been opened by the police based on the facts of the attack. There is no information about the arrest of the accused so far.
The singer has appealed the authorities and friends for help in this difficult time of her life when she can’t walk and the situation in the country is volatile due to war.
