Islamabad; Sheharyar Mirza launched his new album “Kaisey Jaaney Doon” at Forum for Arts and Cultural Exchange (FACE) with warm welcome from the team, friends and media people.
After a meet and greet with Shaheryar Mirza and his creative team the media was treated to exclusive video preview to positive applause. Shaheryar Mirza , singer and song writer introduced the media with a background to the inspiration behind the song.
Kaisey Jaaney Doon is a romantic ballad inspired by my musical influences… everything from Vital Signs to AR Rehman. The music video directed by Adeel Malik is entirely in 3D animation and takes the viewer on a magical trip rich with imagery and fantasy. Adeel also spoke at the event. “It was certainly an ambitious project for me. Sherry shared a clip of his music track while he was still recording in the studio and right after listening to the song the whole story started building visually in my head.
Ali Mustafa the song producer was also present to offer his comments. ” I wanted this song to be a journey. It is supposed to transport the listener to many places in a space of 4 minutes. The melody communicates the sensation of being in love and the bitter sweet longing that comes with it. I would call it film music almost like a soundtrack score.
Kaisey Jaaney Doon is out on the artist’s Youtube and Facebook Pages and will be available soon on mainstream media.
