MALE PRESIDENT ILLEGALLY RULES THE FIRST WOMAN BANK – FWB DUMPING GROUND OF REJECTED STAFF OF ASKARI BANK ?

This means that the bank will be run by women, in which the head of the bank will also be a woman, but at present the bank is governed by a man, Farrukh Iqbal Khan.

This “kindness” of imposing a man in women’s bank was done in December 2019 during the government of Prime Minister Imran Khan, who is the favorite leader of women in Pakistan. Here women can see for themselves what they earned from their unconditional love for “Handsome”.

Farrukh Iqbal was appointed as the president of the bank for 3 years, but despite the completion of this period, he is still in this position. He was sidelined there but later he used connection and succeeded in  getting posting in women bank.Now he is bringing all the staff like him from the previous bank into woman bank as if this bank is dumping ground of Askari bank.

Farrukh Iqbal Khan belongs to Askari Bank where his service record is not satisfactory. But when one has connections, he can get the post whether he deserves it or not. This male head of the women’s bank is now taking revenge from the innocent staff of the first women bank. So far 17 officers have been forced to quit. Most of them are women officers. Farrukh Iqbal Khan is appointing his favorite people from Askari Bank to Women Bank.

Here, however, the president is also thinking about women and according to internal sources, he has also appointed some women of his choice. These women are also under severe criticism from the women officers who are already serving. Here we can remember what we often say “Woman is the enemy of woman”. Be it at home in a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law relationship or as a co-worker in an office.

Shaheen Zameer Head Marketing and Furqan Yasir Head Legal top the list. Naheed Nazli and Sharaf Khattak are dummy regional managers who have been kept here by this management for unknown reasons. The bank is facing a court case due to this woman’s lax behavior. A businessman in Gujranwala, Sardar Imran Iqbal,had to bear huge financial loss only because Muniba failed to provide export documents within the stipulated time. Before the alleged appointment of Muniba Tariq, the staff was providing good customer service and there were no complaints.

We sent an email to all the emails given on the bank’s website to know the stand of Farrukh Iqbal Khan in response to the above allegations, but no one bothered to send a reply. There was only one phone call from Karachi in which the woman asked about the owner of the newspaper instead of talking to the person working on the story (the writer). When she was told that you were talking to the same person who had inquired about the allegations against Farrukh Iqbal Khan, she cut the line.
