Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Iran to Pakistan H.E Dr Reza Amiri Moghaddam has made it clear to all supporters and sympathizers of the illegal state of Israel that Iran will fight for Palestine and Gaza till the end of occupation of Zionist regime. He said that USA and Israel conspired for martyrdom of Syed Hasan Nasrullah.
The ambassador said this in his keynote address at the memorial ceremony of the martyrs and the first martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed Syed Hassan Nasrullah arranged at the embassy to commemorate the lifetime struggle of Shaheed against the zionist regime and its genocide of Palestinians.
Dr Reza Amiri Moghaddam said , some countries including USA are enemies of Iran only because we are standing with the victims of Israeli atrocities only.
He recalled the achievements of Hizbullah under the command of Shaheed Syed Hasan Nasrullah. He said, Hizb defeated Israel in 33 days war and many other wars and the zionist regime had to run away from Lebanon.
Ambassador said that Hamas, before 7 Oct 2023, also defeated Israel in 55 days war and 20 days war.
” Hizb members laid their lives for Palestine cause. The Arab world gave Shaheed Hasan Nasrullah the title of ” The Pious Man” after 33 days war with Israel, Ambassador continued.
He mentioned that Hasan Nasrullah’s martyrdom was the outcome of US -Israel conspiracy. He was a great personality and the regional leaders will remember him. They will know the value of Hasan.
Ambassador, referring to the martyrdoms of Hasan Nasrullah, General Sulemani , Baqir and many others including women, children and elderly, stressed ” We will not be silent ! We will continue raising our voice.”
Dr Reza Amiri Moghaddam said, Iran suggested all feasible solutions on Palestine. First was to elect the representatives through public choice and the elected people establish the government but they rejected it. Only then Iran supported the people of Palestine when they asked for help. Palestinians pledged to resist the occupation and atrocities and Iran provided support for their right to freedom.
Ambassador dispelled the impression created by Western world that there is no democracy in Iran. He made it clear that since the Islamic revolution till now, Iran has never been without an elected government. “The elections have been consecutively held in our country and the people of Iran have participated in the democratic process enthusiastically, he noted.
Other speakers included Allama Sajid Naqvi, Allama Iftekhar Naqvi, Allama Ameen Shaheedi, Abdullah Hameed Gull, Nasir Shirazi. They shed light on the Palesine cause and the role of Iran for end of Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories. Some of them cherished the memories of their meeting with Shaheed Hasan Nasrullah.
Allama Ameed Shaheedi rejected the two state formula as the solution to Palestine Israel issue. He said, two state formula is cheating with the blood of martyrs.
Here it is worth mentioning that two state formula means Palestine and Israel , both are legal states. Pakistan supports two state formula but the people of Pakistan do not accept Israel as a state and they will never be ready to allow the government to recognize Israel as state, let alone the establishment of diplomatic relations.
The embassy of Iran launched the book “Maktabah Nasrullah” at the occasion. The ambassador alongwith the speakers inaugurated the book that highlight the sacrifices of Syed Hasan Nasrullah and his movement against zionist regime and for the struggle of freedom of Palestine.
