The Ambassador to the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC), Misbah Khar is likely to lead a business delegation to Rwanda Pakistan Investment Forum in Kigali. The high commissioner Ms HARERIMANA Fatou recieved Misbah at the office to discuss ways to strengthen economic and investment ties between the two countries.
During the meeting, Misbah Khar was invited to take part in the Rwanda-Pakistan Investment Forum, set to take place in Kigali from September 23-25, 2026, under the auspices of the Rwanda Development Board and the Rwandan High Commission in Pakistan.
Misbah welcomed the invitation and confirmed her intention to attend, saying she would lead a Pakistani business delegation to Rwanda with the aim of exploring fresh opportunities for trade, investment and business-to-business collaboration between the two nations.
She said such platforms offer valuable opportunities for Pakistani businesses and investors to tap into Rwanda’s expanding economic potential, while also helping deepen bilateral ties and strengthen people-to-people and commercial connections.
The forum is expected to bring together business leaders, investors and other stakeholders from both countries to explore investment prospects, potential partnerships and broader avenues for economic cooperation.
Misbah expressed hope that her participation, along with the accompanying business delegation, would help further strengthen the economic and commercial relationship between Pakistan and Rwanda.
