Poverty is a significant issue in Pakistan, as it is in many other developing countries. The problem is further exacerbated by a rapidly growing, unskilled, and uneducated population. Many countries have successfully tackled poverty through effective strategies, with China being a notable example.

The Pakistan government has been working tirelessly to alleviate poverty, and various initiatives have been launched to address this issue. Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) is a premier public sector organization working under the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, which has been playing a vital role in providing assistance to the needy and underprivileged segments of society.

With 46 Sweet Homes for orphaned children, 162 Women Empowerment Centers, 159 Child Labor Welfare Schools, 16 Shelter Homes, and 17 Food Trucks, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal has been providing vital services to those in need.

This Ramadan, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal has launched a nationwide Iftar drive, aiming to provide food to 5 million people across the country. The organization has collaborated with various stakeholders, including philanthropists, social services organizations, corporate sectors, students, and volunteers, to make this initiative a success.

The Iftar drive is part of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal’s broader efforts to alleviate poverty and provide essential services to marginalized communities. The organization’s Managing Director, Khaliq Dad Lak, has been instrumental in launching this initiative and has urged the public to support this noble cause.

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal’s efforts to combat poverty and provide essential services to marginalized communities are commendable. The organization’s nationwide Iftar drive is a testament to its commitment to serving the needy and underprivileged segments of society.

PBN urges the public to support Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal’s initiatives and donate generously to help alleviate poverty and provide essential services to those in need.
