ISLAMABAD : The Regional Envoys’ Conference convened by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs kickstarted on 14 May to be continued till 18 May 2026. The conference is to review regional and global developments and Pakistan’s bilateral relations with brotherly countries, focusing on multifaceted areas.
The recommendations of the Envoys’ Conference will contribute in further strengthening Pakistan’s bilateral relationship with these countries. Pakistan remains committed to proactive diplomacy and sustained regional engagement.
Deputy Prime Minister , Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar welcomed Pakistan’s Ambassadors posted in the GCC and the region at a time of evolving regional and global dynamics, Pakistan remains committed to proactive diplomacy, stronger strategic partnerships, enhanced economic cooperation with brotherly countries, and continued efforts for regional peace and stability.
He stressed the importance of focused and productive deliberations during the Conference and directed our envoys to present practical recommendations to further advance Pakistan’s diplomatic and economic priorities in the region.

Secretary MOFA , Ms Amna Baloch , Additional Secretary Hamid Asghar Khan, Additional Secretary Ayesha Ali, Spokesperson Tahir Andrabi were also present in the inaugural session of the conference.
