Tashkent: 23 Aug 2022 – Defense Minister Pakistan Khawaja Asif arrived here to attend SCO Defense Ministers Conference to be held on 24 Aug 2022. He is leading a delegation consisting of representatives of defense officials from all three wings of Pakistani armed forces.
On arrival , Khawaja Asif held meeting with his Kyrgyz counterpart on delegation level. Both sides expressed satisfaction on the present level of bilateral cooperation and discussed venues of strengthening the interactions among the armed forces and defense officials on regular basis.
Khawaja Asif will have meetings of Defense officials of the host country Uzbekistan at the side lines of the conference including the counterpart Bakhodir Qurbanov.
