Pakistani Mango Reached Uzbekistan in Six Days Record Time

ISLAMABAD: The first truck of the National Logistics Cell (NLC) loaded with Pakistani mangoes  reached Tashkent, the Capital of Uzbekistan from Hyderabad in a record time of six days.
The shipment of mangoes to Central Asian states is a major milestone for the agriculture sector, for which NLC used special  containers to maintain their freshness.
The container maintained the temperature at the desired level during the journey, loaded with about fifteen tons of mangoes. These mangoes have been processed according to international standards.
The truck covered a total distance of 2500 km. NLC’s trucks have already successfully delivered canoes and vegetables, NLC is helping exporters tap new markets.
It should be noted that the delivery of fruits and agricultural commodities to regional markets can earn valuable foreign exchange.
