Islamabad – Pakistan in the World – Punjab Police has arrested 5 persons on the suspicion of kidnap and torture to a religeous scholar of Kharian. The suspects are said to be sent by renown Peer of Balawara Shareef, Kotli Sattiyan near Rawalpindi, is a well respected personality for his big follower ship in and out of the country.
Maulana Nasir Madni, a scholar from Kharian was kidnapped and tortured few days ago by unknown persons in his area. Later he accused Peer Balawara for the torture.
Nasir Madni, in his social media uploads, asked Peer Balawara that if he is a real Peer , he should pray to save Pakistan from Corona Virus.
Later he accused Peer Balawara in a press conference. After the press conference Punjab Police has arrested 5 persons, namely ,Ghulam Rabbani Gujjar son of Muhammad Eliyas, Ali Abbas son of Muhammad Eliyas,Muhammad Eliyas son of Ataa Muhammad and two others.
Nasir Madni said that the kidnappers made me sign two blank papers and warned of life if contacted to the media.
Police has recovered Kalashnikov, Rifle 222 Bore and Pistol 30 Bore from their possession. The suspects have admitted to their crime during the investigation.
Peer of Balawara has not yet issued any statement in this regard.
