President Belarus will come to Pakistan to sign the MoUs with Prime Minister Shehbaz

ISLAMABAD: Monitoring Desk -The President of Belarus will visit Pakistan in October to sign several Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
This announcement was made by the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Sergey Lukashevich during a meeting with Federal Minister of Trade Jam Kamal Khan.
Ambassador of Belarus to Pakistan Andrey Matilissa, Secretary of Commerce Ahsan Ali Mangi and other officials and diplomats attended the meeting at the office of the Minister of Commerce.
Mr Lukashevich also announced a meeting of the Joint Trade Commission in mid-September to boost bilateral trade ties. Minister of State Jam Kamal Khan appreciated the development of Belarus in tractor manufacturing and agricultural machinery.
He highlighted Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s new approach to instill confidence within the business community at the domestic and international levels.
Additionally, Mr. Lukashevich said that 35 Pakistani businessmen will visit Belarus in July for a food and agriculture exhibition.
This meeting is an important step towards strengthening the economic relations between Pakistan and Belarus, both countries are looking forward to fruitful cooperation in various fields.
