LAHORE: A delegation from the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Azerbaijan, led by H.E. Numan Kurtulmuş, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, and Madame Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, called on Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif.The discussion centered on strengthening bilateral relations, enhancing regional cooperation, and promoting mutual goals of peace, progress, and prosperity.
The visit follows the participation of the delegations of Türkiye and Azerbaijan in the Third Trilateral Speakers’ Meeting of the Parliaments of Pakistan, Türkiye, and Azerbaijan , hosted by the National Assembly of Pakistan on 13th October 2025.
