Umar Ayub Blows Whistle for the Establishment / Intelligence Agencies of Pakistan

Islamabad: 06 July 2024 – Opposition leader in National Assembly, Umar Ayub has blown the whistle for the so called Establishment on what Umar said they are depriving us from our basic rights and privileges as elected parliamentarians by refusing to let us meet our leader Imran Khan in Adyala Jail Rawalpindi. He has also called Deputy Commissioner Islamabad why and how you can take U-Turn on your permission for Tarnol Rally of PTI on 06 July.

Umar Ayub, in a press conference after PTI was stopped from holding a rally at the said place, said ,” Establishment consists of 5 intelligence agencies ISI, MI, IB, Special Branch and Field Intelligence Unit. I asked in the assembly what is the budget of Vigo Dalaas and the schools. Where Vigo Dalaas are used? They are used to kidnap politicians or their relatives.”

He said one Colonel and one Major are posted at Adyala Jail. The superintendent of Adyala Jail Asad Waraich is also not doing his duty according to the rules and regulation.

He said , intelligence agencies, armed forces are under the state and state consists of Parliamentarians. They can not stop parliamentarians. We do not accept this system. We will continue our struggle against a system where dacoits are protected and innocent workers and their relatives are persecuted.

Umar said, the intelligence agencies are answerable to us. We had called the rally for the release of Imran Khan and for the rule of law. He said , we will summon intelligence agencies officers and Asad Waraich to privilege committee at the parliament house to question them how they stopped us from meeting with Imran Khan?

Umar questioned the Deputy Commissioner , were you drunk when you cancelled your own issued no objection letter to us for the rally. How can you later cancel it. Did not you know earlier that Aashoor is coming?

Umar said, this system needs correction. Here dacoits are ruling and governing the country. He said Minister Interior is involved in wheat scandal of 450 Billion pkr.
