    Pakistan has claimed that 5 Indian jets have been destroyed. They include 3 Rafale (French), 1 Mig 21 and 1 Sukhoi SU 30 (Russian) + 1 Drone in Sialkot side in Pakistan. The locations of the destroyed jets have not been shared but generally it is said to be in Occupied Jammu Kashmir.

    Indian side media from Pulwama reported to have found a UAV or Jet like craft destroyed there. Indian journalist on the spot shared , the identity of the object is not known. Bulwama is the renown sector for a big attack on Indian convoy in which 39 Indian soldiers were reportedly killed in bomb blast at road side.

    Pakistan claimed blowing up of an Indian Brigade headquarter last midnight. It was also on Indian occupied Kashmir side.

    Foreign office of Pakistan has confirmed 08 citizens died in all Indian attacks while 35 are seriously injured. Highest casualties in Ahmedpur East, Bahawalpur sector, South Punjab.

    DG ISPR , Lt Gen Sharif , in a televised press conference , shared 57 flights were in the air space of Pakistan when India launched attacks. He said , India hit civilian infrastructure of water at Nossery Dam of Neelam Jehlam Hydro Project. He termed it highly irresponsible act by Indian side that could have been resulted into huge human lives losses if any Indian missile had hit any passenger flight.

    Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to UN in New York has informed the UN Security Council about the blatant aggression by India and the threat it posed to international peace and security.

    UNSC has been informed that Pakistan reserves the right to respond appropriately to this aggression at a time and place of its choosing, in accordance with its right to self-defence as enshrined in Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.

    Demarche to the Indian Chargé d’Affaires

    The Indian Chargé d’Affaires was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today to receive Pakistan’s strong protest over the unprovoked Indian strikes at multiple locations across Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. These strikes resulted in the deaths and injuries of several civilians, including women and children.

    It was conveyed that India’s blatant act of aggression constitutes a clear violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty. Such actions are in contravention of the UN Charter, international law, and established norms governing inter-state relations. Pakistan firmly rejected India’s baseless justifications for its hostile conduct.

    The Indian side was warned that such reckless behavior poses a serious threat to regional peace and stability.

    Turkiye with Pakistan

    FM of Türkiye @HakanFidan called DPM/FM @MIshaqDar50 to express Türkiye’s solidarity with Pakistan against India’s unprovoked aggression violating Pakistan’s sovereignty and killing innocent civilians. He expressed concern over the deteriorating regional security situation. Both leaders agreed to remain in close coordination on the evolving situation.

    Ambassador of Türkiye called on the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister @MIshaqDar50 to convey Türkiye’s strong solidarity with Pakistan in the wake of India’s unprovoked violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty and the tragic loss of innocent lives. The two sides discussed regional security concerns in depth and reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining close coordination and cooperation.

    China on the Ongoing Situation Between India and Pakistan

    Q: Amid escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, India launched military strikes on targets in Pakistan on the early morning of May 7, which met strong response from Pakistan. What’s China’s comment?

    A: China finds India’s military operation early this morning regrettable. We are concerned about the ongoing situation. India and Pakistan are and will always be each other’s neighbors. They’re both China’s neighbors as well. China opposes all forms of terrorism. We urge both sides to act in the larger interest of peace and stability, remain calm, exercise restraint and refrain from taking actions that may further complicate the situation.
