ISLAMABAD : FIA Immigration Islamabad offloaded four passengers on a flight to Malaysia on June 20, 2026, on the basis of suspicious travel activities. During detailed checking and investigation, fake Mauritius passports and fake national identity cards were recovered from their possession.According to initial investigations, the passengers had planned to illegally travel to Europe via Malaysia using these fake documents. During the investigation, evidence of the involvement of an alleged agent and some facilitators has also come to light.
All the individuals have been handed over to FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Islamabad for further legal action, while CCTV footage and other evidence are being obtained to determine the role of the relevant officials.
It is not clear where they got Malaysian visa from.
