Real Estate and Housing Society is the most lucrative business in Pakistan in which you can take millions from the customer giving him one file of maximum one hundred rupees. Most of them have turned out to be the frauds only.
They attract investors with slogans like ” Your Dream House ” and ” Heaven on Earth” but prove to be the Hell for the people who invest their life time earned money to get a house for their children. Same scenario is about to come on stage from Park View City Islamabad.
The National Accountability Bureau is recieving complaints from the investors of Park View City (Park Enclave) Islamabad for no allotment of plots despite collection of millions from each investor in last many years.
The housing society is owned by Federal Minister Communication Abdul Aleem Khan. He is Chairman of newly declared Estehkam e Pakistan Party , basically a political forum of those who turned their backs to I’m ran Khan, left PTI and got portfolios in incumbent so called one page government.
Dozens of the victims of this society has joined hands and formed common platform to fight for their rights. There is a large number of the overseas Pakistanis who have paid their dues for years but they have been kept waiting for the plot.
Abdul Aleem Khan is the owner and founder of Vision Group, the development company behind Park View City Islamabad.
As a prominent real estate developer and a senior Pakistani politician, he established Park View City in 2018 (spanning 15,000 Kanals near Bani Gala) to offer modern, premium housing blended with natural landscapes.
He remains actively involved in the project, frequently updating investors on development milestones, legal approvals, and upcoming new blocks but it is all one way traffic only, invest invest invest and do not ask for the allotment.
Common complaints regarding Park View City (PVC) Islamabad primarily center around delayed plot possessions, prolonged refund delays, and management disputes.
Investors and overseas Pakistanis frequently report extended delays in getting possession of their plots in blocks like Overseas and J Block.
Buyers who canceled their files or plots have cited severe delays, with refund processing often taking several months or stalling completely.
Tensions have previously escalated between residents and society management regarding delayed developments and access issues. Users have reported technical glitches with the official management app, making it difficult to register, view invoices, or pay dues.
The investors are first submitting online complaint to NAB which will be presented to the NAB officials in khulli Kachehri headoffice. Till now 88 applications have already been submitted to NAB via online. NAB requires the number of complaints as 100 and the worth of fraud as 500 million that can easily be met in next few days.
NAB officials will check the matter at open hearing (Khulli Kachehri) on 02 July. Lets see how the government of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif deals with this matter , how much pressure from the powerful can NAB bear and the victims get justice or not.
