The story of 5 days rape narrated by a woman found in G/6-1/3 sector of Islamabad is losing ground as the sensitive detection through hi tech has proved she is not Belgian but a Pakistani woman resident of Asghar Mall area of Rawalpindi and her name is Farwa Kiani D/O Sultan Farid Kiani. But still there are some important points to further investigate the matter rather put the dirt under the carpet on the basis of NADRA record.
Interestingly, it is for the great disappointment of Indian media that the story turned out to be fabricated about the tourist and the Belgian. The two points the Indian media including Hindustan Times, Times of was highlighting the matter. The concocted story appeared when Pakistan was celebrating her Independence Day. Therefor it was like a hot cake for Indian media but they ate it hurriedly burning their own mouths.
As far as Medico-legal examination is concerned for the confirmation of her alleged rape , the report is awaited. She was then shifted to the Women Police Station and kept under protective custody there.
Her picture and detail is being circulated on social media with reference to National Database and Registration Authority NADRA. It is worth mentioning here that NADRA has the technology to trace the exact ID details of a person with the help of available picture.
The woman who was recovered from a home while she was handcuffed is said to be Farwa Kiani daughter of Sultan Fareed Kiani. But interestingly all concerned authorities are tight lipped to confirm. Rather they are getting it shared on social media only through their sources.
Seeing a post in this regard, this scribe first contacted with NADRA PR officials who all regretted to say YES or NO and suggested to ask the Interior Ministry. But the PRO of the Minister Interior did not respond to the query even after 48 long hours.
Some Police officers shared with media privately that a special committee had been formed under the supervision of a senior superintendent of police (SSP), comprising the sub divisional police officer, station house officers of Aabpara and women police stations and an official from the Special Sexual Offense Investigation Unit after the investigators remained clueless to establish the nationality of the woman who claimed to be from Belgium.
The most important point to be further investigated thoroughly , is the arrested accused Tameez ud Din’s statement before and about Abpara Police.
Accused Tameez ud Din has said that , ” The woman came at his home one day when it was raining cats and dogs. She was not in good condition regarding appearance and state of mind. She asked for help. I gave her some cloths to wear and took her to Abpara Police Station where the Police registered her details. Later she was handed over to Edhi Center.”
Here it is also pertinent to note that the women was not found from inside the house of Tameez ud Din. She was found in the street only while she was bound and gagged. She only mentioned the name of Tameez ud Din and pointed out the house. The house where she came once in rain according to Tameez.
The accused by this woman, Tameez says that the Police is supposed to investigate what happened in between the handing her over to Edhi Center and founding her tight roped in the street. That is very valid point and should be investigated by the Police officials. Here the onus goes to Edhi Center and Abpara Police.
Now, finally, she is not Belgian. She lied. But why she took name of Belgium only?
Real is , she was found bound.
Real is, she was tortured. She is in medical care. Medical report sent to laboratory. It should be made public. Police should check from Asghar Mall Rawalpindi , from her home to bring out what is the real story of this woman?
Edhi Center and Abpara Police should come clear, either the woman was brought to there or not?
