Foreign Minister Pakistan in Iran to attend 28th Meeting of Council of Ministers of Economic Cooperation Organization

ISLAMABAD: 02 Dec 2024 – Deputy Prime Minister / Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar  arrived in Mashhad for a two-day official visit to Iran today to attend the 28th Meeting of Council of Ministers of Economic Cooperation Organization.
DPM/FM will sign the ‘Charter for ECO Clean Energy Center’ and hold bilateral meetings with participating ministers and dignitaries on the sidelines of the Ministerial Meeting.
 He was warmly received at the airport by Vice Governor General of Razavi Khorasan province Mohammad Ali Nabipoor and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Iran, Mudassir Tipu. Ambassador of Iran to Pakistan Reza Amiri-Moghaddam was also present.
He  paid homage at the holy shrine of Imam Reza in Mashhad today. He offered nawafil there and prayed for the peace and prosperity of Pakistan and the unity of Muslim Ummah.
