Minister of State for Poverty Alleviation and Social Security Mr. Faisal Karim Kundi has said that Pakistan China cooperation is getting momentum that is new in its nature and it will further strengthen already time tested friendship.
Faisal said ” The future is of China and Pakistan is already a close friend of China. Both people love each other. Our friendship is not in between the governments only. Our people are friends.”
He said this at the Chinese new year celebration event organized at Monal Group of Companies at Asian wok by CEO Luqman Ali Afzal on 20 Jan 2023. Asian Wok is offering 20% concession to Chinese customers in connection with their new year for 20 days.
Faisal Karim Kundi while addressing the participants of the celebration, said ” Dera Ismail Khan is my city and our main road in our district is complete now with the cooperation of China. We can travel with convenience to our area now. Further , our district is being connected with Balochistan by the new road constructed in CPEC project.
He said his first visit to China was with foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. It was life time experience and pleasant opportunity. China is our time tested friend and our friendship is higher than Himalayas and deeper than oceans.
Faisal noted that Pakistan Peoples Party and Communist Party of China are sister organizations. Both parties had signed an agreement in this regard in last government of PPP from 2008 to 2013.
He appreciated the effort made by Luqman Afzal to arrange the celebration and cake cutting and gathering the Chinese friends along with Pakistani media and civil society.
