ISLAMABAD: Monitoring Desk – The Air Defense Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army successfully shot down and destroyed three Israeli F-35 fighter jets and a large number of their micro air vehicles.Two jets were shot down on 13 June while the third has been destroyed on 14 june.
Air Defense Forces have shot down another fifth-generation F-35 fighter jet belonging to the Israeli regime, amid the continued exchange of fire between Tehran and Tel Aviv.
Here it is worth noting that the details of the destruction of first two F-35 have not been shared by Irani sources.
The Iranian Army’s Public Relations Office said in a statement on Saturday that its Air Defense forces had successfully struck and destroyed another (third)F-35 fighter jet belonging to the Israeli regime over the western part of the country.
It also noted that the fate of the pilot remains unknown and is currently under investigation.
Azerbaijan will not allow its territory or airspace to be used for launching attacks against Iran
The Islamic Republic has announced the shooting down of an Israeli drone near Iran’s northwestern city of Tabriz, East Azerbaijan province.
Amid the strikes of the Zionist regime on the Islamic Republic, an Israeli drone was detected and shot down in the vicinity of Iran’s northwestern city of Tabriz, the head of the crisis management department for Iran’s East Azerbaijan province, Majid Farshi, said on Saturday.
Overnight on Friday, Israel began rounds of strikes in and near Tehran, as well as Natanz, Tabriz, Isfahan, Arak, and Shiraz, among other places.
In a major escalation, the Tel Aviv regime also targeted residential buildings in and near Tehran.
The Israeli military also carried out targeted strikes against Iran’s top military brass. Chairman of the Chiefs of Staff of Iran’s Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Baqeri and Chief Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (I.R.G.C.) Major General Hossein Salami were among the senior military officials assassinated in Tehran.
