The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps on Sunday carried out a new round of missile strikes against Israeli targets, using strategic solid-fuel Sejjil missiles for the first time since the outbreak of the US-Israeli war of aggression on February 28.
The IRGC carried out the 54th wave of retaliatory missile strikes against the Zionist regime as part of Operation True Promise 4 on Sunday, March 15.
In a statement, the IRGC’s Public Relations Office said the fresh wave of strikes included the launch of superheavy Khorramshahr missiles equipped with a two-ton warhead, along with Khaybar-shekan (Khaybar-buster), Qadr, and Emad missiles.
It noted that for the first time in Operation True Promise 4, the strategic and solid-fuel missile Sejjil was fired against the centers of management and decision-making that influence the Zionist regime’s air-based operations.
The IRGC also stated that the Israeli regime’s key infrastructures influential in its military and defense industries, as well as the gathering places of the Zionist regime’s military forces, have been successfully targeted in the heart of the occupied territories.
The statement added that, in order to avenge the blood of the Iranian workers martyred in industrial complexes across the country under the US and Israeli attacks, the IRGC conducted combined operations against the terrorist American-Zionist criminals at positions in the occupied territories and three American bases in the region during the 52nd wave of Operation True Promise 4, destroying their targets with strength and intensity.
The continuous sound of ambulance sirens and the acknowledgment from Zionist institutions about the rising number of casualties and injuries following the effective operation by Iran reveal the depth of the damage inflicted by the IRGC’s heavy missiles on industrial sectors in Tel Aviv, it added.
The statement finally reported that the industrial sectors and centers where American forces congregate at al-Harir airbase in Erbil, as well as at Ali Al Salem Air Base and Camp Arifjan, were also destroyed by powerful Iranian missiles and drones.
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) asserted that it will intensify efforts to pursue and eliminate Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he remains alive.
In a statement released on Sunday, the IRGC said the uncertain fate of the “criminal Zionist” prime minister and the possibility of his death or his family’s escape from the occupied territories highlight the ongoing crisis and instability among the Zionists.
The IRGC emphasized that if that “child-killer” is still alive, they will vigorously continue their pursuit and elimination of Netanyahu.
The US and the Zionist regime launched a large-scale unprovoked military campaign against Iran following the assassination of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, along with several senior military commanders and civilians on February 28.
The attacks have involved extensive aerial strikes on both military and civilian locations across Iran, causing significant casualties and widespread damage to infrastructure.
In response, the Iranian Armed Forces have carried out retaliatory operations, targeting American and Israeli positions in the occupied territories and at regional bases with waves of missiles and drones.
