Mariam is the Youngest Pakistani Culture Transformation Consultant and Career Transition Strategist. She grew up in Rawalpindi and immigrated to USA in 2015. She completed her High School from Roots School System and a BS in Business and Management from Anglia Ruskin University as well as MS in Management from University of London.

She is Founder/CEO of Management Consulting firm “Mariam Khan Coaching” where she offers training & development programs designed to assist organizations and individuals internationally in resolving personal and work-related problems that may be adversely affecting the work performance.

 

The consulting firm strengthens the productivity of leaders and teams by improving workplace culture. She provides layoff support to employees and guidance to managers about how to cope with stressful workplace situations. She also provides customized professional coaching to employees in career transition to help them improve leadership skills and maintain their current skill set.

Previously, she was the youngest Pakistani Muslim girl working with Local Government at International City/County Management Association as HR Business Partner at the Headquarters in Washington, DC. She worked closely with Senior Leadership team to manage HR Operations, Functional and Strategic areas such as; Recruitment, Employee Relations, On-boarding, Policies & Procedures, Benefits Administration, Culture Transformation, Performance Management, HRIS Management, Affirmative Action Plan and Employment Law Compliance.

She is a mother of 5 years old son. She remained focused, dedicated, and consistent throughout and maintained work-life balance. Her mission of life is to motivate women of our society to create a strong and long-lasting impression that will give meaning to those around them, motivate others to follow their lead and inspire other to greatness. She believes you will have to settle for the ordinary if you are not willing to sacrifice the normal. It is not all about greatness to succeed. It is a matter of continuity. Consistent hard work contributes to success.
