Pakistan Canadian Culture Association Hosts Iftar Dinner on Pakistan Day

ISLAMABAD: An iftar dinner was organized on the occasion of Pakistan Day in Canada in which a large number of Pakistani community participated. The event organized by Pakistan Canadian Culture Association highlighted the importance of Pakistan Day and love for the country.
The ceremony was attended by Canada’s Minister for Justice Mickey Emre, Conservative Party President Rob Smith and former Alberta Deputy Premier Sarah Hoffman. They said at this occasion that  Pakistanis are playing their role in the development of Canada away from their homeland.
The Canadian officials further said that it is the need of the hour to enhance the bilateral relations between Canada and Pakistan.
Speaking on the occasion, PCCA President Jawaria Masood and General Secretary Aamir Ali said that the purpose of this event away from the homeland is On the one hand, where the role of the Pakistani community in the development of Canada has to be highlighted, the new generation has to be told that the love of the country is the first sign of faith.
