The journey of Muwakhaat started with only 10 thousand rupees and today we are distributing 2 billion 20 crore rupees to 4 million deserving people.

Everything on earth belongs to Allah Almighty and what belongs to the Allah belongs to All

Dr. Amjad Saqib’s knock at the hearts of the people from different walks of life present at Donors Conference held in Islamabad.

Everything on this earth belongs to the Lord and what belongs to the Lord belongs to all, the western economic model is wrong, we have our own model which is right. This is a model of brotherhood, Muwakhaat(The Fraternity) , as it happened between the Muhajirin and the Ansaar in Madinah.

Akhuwat started the journey of Muwakhaat (The Fraternity) with only 10 thousand rupees and today we are distributing 2.2 Billion rupees among 4 Million deserving people, from which at least 30 Million poor people of Pakistan are benefited.
These views are expressed by Akhuwat. Chairman Dr. Amjad Saqib in the Donors Conference held in Islamabad on December 14, in which a large number of beneficiaries of Akhuwat, philanthropists, representatives of businessmen and senior media persons participated.
Akhuwat gives small loans to the deserving which are purely good loans with no interest. The fraternity provides free education to deserving students. The Akhuwat has established a full-fledged university at Chakwal for free education for students and they can voluntarily submit the fees when they are able to pay.
Dr. Amjad Saqib touched the hearts of the participants – advised them to hold the hand of a deserving person around them and do whatever they can to help them. If you share happiness, you will be happy.
He said that one percent of the population has 99 percent of the wealth while 99 percent of the population is forced to live on only 1 percent of the wealth.
Dr. Amjad Saqib highlighted this when he started the Muwakhaat work 23 years ago with Rs.10,000. He said that a widow came to our office for help. She wanted to buy two sewing machines so that she could earn a living for her children. I gave him 10 thousand and later forgot about it. After six months she returned.
The first time she came she was depressed but this time she was happy. He gave me back 10 thousand rupees and said to give this money to someone else in need.
Dr. Amjad Saqib said that usury is like fighting against Allah. Our entire system is interest free so our work is blessed by Allah Almighty.
It is worth mentioning here that Akhuwat donors do not mean only philanthropists. The Akhuwat also considers those who have taken a loan opportunity from Akhuwat and when they start earning, they repay the loan amount and if possible donate according to their capacity. The spacious hall of the magnificent marquee was packed with donors. Many philanthropists pledged to donate on this occasion.
