Chief Minister KPK Ali Ameen Gandapur has raised important questions few hours before a grand protest rally in Rawalpindi. He has emphasized the media to ask these questions in your programs instead of showing Ambani’s daughters marriage or Queen’s birthday only. He criticized tv channels that are not telling the viewers the worst situation in the country and turning public attention towards trivial irrelevant things.
He said that our struggle is within the state and constitution of Pakistan. This is now or never that the people will win their freedom or remain slaves for good. As far as freedom (Separation) from the state is concerned , We will never allow anyone to raise this slogan and we will not support it. He has said that I can talk with Kabul at my level. Afghans do not like us because Pakistan gave bases to Americans who killed Afghanis. Now we can not expect flowers from the Afghanis.
Chief Minister KPK was talking to the delegation of standing committee of Council of Pakistan Newspapers Editors CPNE that called on him at CM office on 27 Sep 2024 in Peshawar.
About Rawalpindi Rally 28 Sep
CM said we are going to hold a public rally in Liaqat Bagh. If they tried to stop by blocking the roads , we will turn the rally into peaceful demonstration against the highhandedness of the government.
He recalled his hardships during the previous rally in Lahore. He said, first they allow the rally and then block the roads. He shared, I am CM of a province. I had to face the blockade in the way. I with our workers demolished the blockade but they alleged that we were destroying the public vehicles. It was total false propaganda.
Election Results in Feb 2024
CM KP shared, referring to someone who actually, what CM said engineered the results, that PMLN won only one seat from whole Punjab. It was Ahsan Iqbal’s seat. PPP, CM said won no seat from Punjab and KP. PPP won only 7 seats in whole Sindh.
He said, our demand is , show form 45 to the public or hold new elections. He said , actual result is in form 45. Form 47 is engineered and fake.
Governors of PPP in KP and Punjab
Ali Ameen took hard the appointments of Governors of PPP in two provinces. He said, PPP did not win a single seat in both provinces while “they” awarded ” governorship of these provinces. What is this ? This is the way to govern the country?
He was critical about Governor KP Faisal Karim Kunddi. He said , What governor KP know about me what I am doing? Should I tell him before doing something. The governor knows nothing what I do.
Governor Rule
Ali Ameen said they threat us of Governor Rule. We tell them , if you can , impose it , not tomorrow but today. We will continue our struggle for freedom. We will continue what we think is right. Or if anyone has any rational , convince us if anyone can.
Maryam Nawaz CM Punjab
On the controversy of what he said about Maryam Nawaz CM Punjab in last rally, CM KP made clear, I did not mean what the people and social media interpreted. It is against our religious and moral norms. People of KP say DHOL BARAAT in a sense that WITH PRIDE. It does not mean what was translated.
He said, I had to face problem at my home because of the memes made by social media users. He appealed the social media users not to do so.
CRUSTEEZ Bakers
” They can not shut up the public. The people can not be silenced now. They do not correct themselves but try to tame the people. This way will not work now on, CM KP said.
CM emphasized the editors to raise the question , ” Where is money going?
(Here the editors were a little bit confused because they were there for their money to ask where is our money – Bills for Advertisements)
He said electricity was 16 pkr unit in PTI gov and now it is 65 pkr. When petroleum was 108 dollar barrel , the price in PTI gov was 145 pkr liter, now it is 63 dollar barrel and petrol price remained around 300 pkr. What is money going?
IPP’s receiving 2200 billion pkr and they do not provide us 80% electricity. Where the money is going?
Rana Sana Ullah, Heroin Case
CM said that PTI did not made the case of Heroin on Rana Sana Ullah. It was Anti Narcotic Force that registered the case and it was the DG of ANF who gave presentation about the confiscation of heroin from Rana Sana Ullah.
CM said we do not believe in political victimization. We have government in this province but we have not victimized anyone here.
Difference with Mehmood Khan former PTI CM KP
Replying to a question about the pending development projects in Sawat , CM KP clarified that they were hastily announced by Mehmood Khan when Imran Khan suddenly decide to dissolve two assemblies of KP and Punjab. Mehmood Khan announce projects for his political benefits without any preparation, feasibility etc.
CM said, I have frozen some projects due to financial constraints. They are not cancelled. When we will have funds we will work on them.
Parachanar
CM clarified that there is no Shia Sunni clash in Parachanar. It is matter of a piece of land only that is bone of contention there and two groups are fighting for that. He shared that we had meetings with both sides. We are in touch and working on that to settle it down.
Afghanistan
Ali Ameen said, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is being affected the most due to bad relations with Afghanistan, our soldiers, police and common people are getting martyred in the war against terrorism, those who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the country and their families. The army is ours and we are proud of our army. We may disagree with an individual, we may object to a policy, but the aim is not to weaken institutions. Imran Khan has taught us that institutions are strong. If so, the country will be strong.
Canada USA / Human Rights / Law & Order
Ali Ameen referred to a resolution in the Canadian parliament regarding human rights situation in Pakistan and said, sooner a same resolution may come from USA as well. He said the situation is the worst. Who will come to invest here?
Tosha Khan
He said Imran Khan purchase a watch only and that following the legal procedures. One can buy a watch but not luxury cars. Here are the people who bought luxury cars on very low prices. One is CM Punjab and second is President of Pakistan.
Regarding Military
CM Ali Ameen was not critical for the Military as a whole. He said, it is our military and it is our country. I am from military family. My grandfather’s brother was among the personalities who signed accession to Pakistan. Our soldiers are sacrificing their lives on border. We respect them and their families. We are with the institution/department. But we can hold the individual officers accountable if they do wrong. We can oppose the personal policies of any officer.

CM Ameen said , there are cases against me in 6 districts. I ask them do you have any video, picture, proof of my presence in any of these districts? They can not provide anything. They issue my warrants from there again and again. I say , ok come and arrest me but they do not come to arrest either.
