ISLAMABAD : Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar received Ambassador of Azerbaijan H.E. Khazar Farhadov for a farewell call today.
DPM/FM appreciated Ambassador Farhadov’s contributions to further strengthening the brotherly relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
He wished him every success in his future assignment and conveyed his best wishes and personal regards to the President of Azerbaijan, H.E. Ilham Aliyev, and the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, H.E. Jeyhun Bayramov.
Ambassador Farhadov thanked DPM/FM for his support during his tenure. He appreciated Pakistan’s commendable efforts towards achieving durable peace in the region.
Director General Central Asia and Azerbaijan , Ambassador Hasan Ali Zaigham was also present at this occasion.
