FAKE , UNREGISTERED MEDICINE SALE IN DIPLOMATIC ENCLAVE ISLAMABAD

Fake medicine is a big business in Pakistan where many big names are making money from this illicit sale of medicine but new “development” in this regard is , Diplomatic Enclave of the capital city Islamabad even is not any exception.
Federal Investigation Agency FIA Anti-Corruption Circle along with Drugs Regulatory Authority DRAP has arrested 3 employees of a renown medicine stores chain of Islamabad with fake and unregistered medicines.
One accused Mazhar Iqbal has been arrested latest from Islamabad and he works for Esajee’s Pharmacy Diplomatic Enclave Islamabad.
Last week also, 2 suspects were arrested from the said medical store.During the raid conducted last week, fake and unregistered drugs were recovered from the accused.The fake and unregistered medicines were seized in the presence of DRAP officials.

The said medicines were being sold at high prices in the black market. Strict actions have been initiated against the elements involved in fake and unregistered medicines.
The authorities have taken the manager of Esajee’s manager Waseem and no one else is available to respond to the questions of the media. The given mobile number is attended by the staff who appears to be ignorant of everything.
An employee , replying to this scribe said, “We do not know who is the owner of this medical stores chain. We do not know what is happening.”
The administration of the stores chain is welcome if they have something concrete to respond to the allegations leveled by FIA on their employees.
Here it is pertinent to mention then previously in a matter of confiscation of multi million cash from a plaza in Rawalpindi by FIA was earlier claimed as a big recovery but later the matter was settled, apparently through a relief taken by the affected party from a court.
