ISLAMABAD : Russian Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilev arrived in Islamabad to participate in the 10th Russia–Pakistan Intergovernmental Commission.
The Minister attended a cultural concert at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA), where artists from both Russia and Pakistan performed.
The event, organized Embassy of Russia in Pakistan in collaboration with PNCA, Islamabad, Pakistan. showcased vibrant performances by artists from both countries, contributing to stronger cultural ties and promoting a positive image of Pakistan.
The Minister attended a concert featuring folk artists from Russia and Pakistan at the PNCA – Pakistan National Council of the Arts.
On behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Sergei Tsivilev conveyed warm greetings to the Pakistani people, expressing deep respect for the friendship between our countries and hope that these relations will grow stronger each year. He emphasized the importance of cultural rapprochement between Russia and Pakistan.
The event was also attended by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations who helped rescue those affected by the devastating 2005 earthquake.
