The recent New York summit of Arab state leaders, engaging global figures like Donald Trump, marks a significant step in Muslim countries’ efforts to shape a positive narrative and clarify misconceptions about Islam in the West. Such dialogues are vital for fostering global coexistence and building a more harmonious world.
The support for attacks on Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Palestine, and other Muslim countries, or efforts to destabilize them, along with the oppression of Kashmiris and Palestinians, and the U.S. backing of Israeli brutality in Lebanon, are not new phenomena. The U.S. administration has historically been influenced by a powerful Jewish lobby.
Books like Synagogue of Satan by Andrew Carrington Hitchcock and The Protocols of the Elders of Zion* reveal that, after centuries of struggling for survival, Jewish elites systematically began to dominate major global powers, including the U.S., to advance Zionist agendas. Readers likely have some background knowledge on this topic. This article aims to shed light on the Jewish influence over global media.
In the modern scientific and research era, certain subjects have become established academic disciplines. One such field is brainwashing, now recognized as an academic subject. Gustave Le Bon, a prominent name in this field, writes in his book The Psychology of Crowds:
“No matter how educated, civilized, or aware a person may be, if they are part of a group or crowd, they will inevitably be influenced by the crowd’s psychology and dynamics. Even rational and intelligent individuals start following the crowd emotionally, acting without reflection, as if under a spell.”
This excerpt from Le Bon’s book provides insight into the strategy behind globalization and the elimination of cultural boundaries through satellite media. The goal is to bend the world to a specific agenda.
Research on brainwashing and propaganda is practically implemented through social, print, and electronic media. This process appears neutral but subtly influences the hearts, minds, and emotions of adversaries using specific techniques. This media operation is essentially a psychological war, a fundamental tool for dominating other nations.
In common parlance, it is referred to as fifth-generation warfare. Italian Marxist philosopher Antonio Gramsci, in his early 20th-century work Prison Notebooks, argued that there are two ways to dominate others: either through physical force or weaponry, or by capturing hearts and minds through effective narratives and propaganda. He emphasized the latter as a more effective tool.
The Yinon Plan: A Dangerous Israeli Strategy to Destabilize the Middle East
As a Western scholar once stated:
“We use bombs to destroy the enemy’s artillery. Wouldn’t it be more fitting to change the minds that prepare soldiers’ hands to use that artillery, rendering those hands ineffective?”
American intellectual Adrian Arcand, during a speech in New York, remarked:
“Through global news agencies, Jews manipulate your hearts and minds, forcing us to see world events as they desire, leaving us unaware of the true facts.”
This is why media propaganda distorts reality before presenting it to the world.
Consequently, if a Jew or Christian enters the Al-Aqsa Mosque and kills 40–50 worshippers or slaughters dozens of students in a school, they are merely labeled a “fanatic.” However, if a Palestinian or Kashmiri picks up a small stone to defend their land, they are branded a “terrorist.” Israel’s recent aggression against Palestine, gross human rights violations, and Western support for it are clear examples of this double standard.
Due to these double standards, if a person like Wei Jingsheng is imprisoned in China for opposing the government, it is deemed a human rights violation, and he is nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
In contrast, if a nine-year-old Palestinian child is shot in the forehead and killed, they are deemed “deserving” of such a fate because they were a “terrorist.” If the child’s father donates his son’s body to save a dying Israeli child, it is considered the Israeli child’s right, as slaves have always sacrificed their lives for their masters. Under this pretext, Israel has used the actions of a few Hamas members as justification to devastate Gaza and the lives of millions of Palestinians, with no power able to restrain them even after months of conflict.
The notion of racial superiority among Jews is rooted in the Talmud, a Jewish text that fosters pride and arrogance. It states, for instance, that “Jews are God’s chosen people, and non-Jews are worse than animals.” In 1897, 300 Jewish intellectuals, led by Theodor Herzl, met in Basel, Switzerland, to devise a plan for Zionist global dominance, known as the 19 Protocols. This plan assigned a central role to media control. Today, either Jews directly dominate global media, or their influence is so pervasive that global media cannot act against their interests.
Statistically, despite being only 2% of the U.S. population, Jews account for 25% of millionaires. In U.S. elections, 92% of Jewish voters cast ballots, compared to 54% of the general population and only 28% of American Muslims, whose votes are often divided due to internal differences. A single Jewish company, Newhouse, owns 48 newspapers, 20 weekly magazines, 182 radio stations, 140 cable TV channels, and 1,735 publishing houses. Founded by Russian-born Jew Samuel Newhouse (d. 1979), this company also established CNN in 1980 with Ted Turner’s $20 million investment. Today, CNN operates 27 centers in the U.S. and over 18 internationally, employing 1,800 staff and reaching over 180 million households in 142 countries 24/7.
The U.S. publishes 1,759 daily newspapers and 668 weekly magazines, excluding monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual journals. Three newspapers dominate globally: The New York Times (owned by Jewish magnate Adolph Ochs since 1896, with a circulation of 1.086 million a decade ago), The Wall Street Journal (owned by a Jew, with a pre-digital circulation of 1.8 million), and The Washington Post (current circulation of 763,000). Major publications like Herald, Tribune, and Time Magazine (circulation over 4.1 million) are also Jewish-owned. Digital media is similarly under their influence.
Among global news agencies, Reuters stands out, founded by Jewish journalist Julius Reuter, with around 2,100 employees. The Associated Press (AP), another major agency, is linked to 1,300 U.S. newspapers and 3,788 radio and TV stations. Fox TV and BSkyB are owned by Jewish magnate Rupert Murdoch, who also bought Star Network for $525 million despite its $150 million market value. Former Malaysian Prime Minister Dr. Mahathir Mohamad remarked, “Jews never make a bad deal.” Murdoch himself told The Economist that his goal was to influence the middle class through *Star Network.
Why Are Our Islamic Cousins, the House of Abraham, Against Us? By Masroor Ahmed
The 1963 assassination of U.S. President John F. Kennedy was followed by a media campaign against Arab Muslims, later revealed to involve Jewish perpetrators. Similarly, the 9/11 attacks were a calculated Jewish conspiracy to justify attacks on Muslims, seize Afghanistan and Iraq’s resources, and weaken Muslim economies. Through outlets like CNN and BBC, a psychological war was waged to portray Islam as a fanatical, terrorist religion hostile to peace. Islamophobia has now become an academic subject.
In regions like Kashmir, Palestine, Burma, and Africa, where Muslims fight for freedom and rights, no action is taken against Jewish, Christian, Buddhist, or Hindu lobbies because Muslim demands for freedom are labeled “terrorism” by the U.S., while its own bloodshed in Afghanistan and Iraq is framed as “counter-terrorism.” These double standards blur the line between terrorism and jihad to intellectually, morally, and scientifically weaken Muslims.
Despite abundant resources, capital, and intellectual potential, the Muslim world cannot overnight establish media giants like BBC, CNN, Newsweek, or Time. However, some Pakistani private channels have played a role in promoting Islamic values and countering Western misconceptions about Islam. The Muslim world urgently needs a unified TV network in multiple languages to present its stance and expose the U.S.-Jewish lobby’s agenda. Media today is a weapon that determines victory or defeat, shapes minds, and builds leadership.
According to Edward Said, the West suffers from a misguided sense of positional superiority. The Muslim world’s weak economies and reliance on consumption rather than production are its greatest weaknesses. To counter challenges, Muslims must advance in education, science, and technology, or they will continue to be dominated by smaller nations like Israel.
The Muslim world needs institutions like a World Islamic UNO, a World Islamic Commonwealth (modeled on the EU), a World Islamic Court of Justice, a World Islamic Defense Council (like NATO), and a World Islamic Media to make independent decisions. Otherwise, Muslim youth, swayed by Western media brainwashing, will continue to engage in extremist actions, creating further problems for the Muslim world.
The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), often mocked as “Oh I See” by Western media, must be transformed into an effective platform. Groups like Al-Qaeda, ISIS, and the Taliban are used as pretexts to vilify Muslims, provoke them into “mistakes,” and isolate them globally.
This is a new and unique brainwashing technique, akin to a film where, after the interval, viewers face situational irony, dramatic irony, and thematic irony, mistaking the hero for the villain and vice versa. Muslims cannot win any war until they prevail in the narrative war, which requires prioritizing education and making science, technology, and research the cornerstone of their efforts.
