Lahore : Renowned actress and TV host Jugan Kazim has revealed that her first husband started beating her just three weeks after marriage and endured the violence for twelve years, until he stripped her naked while pregnant and threw her out. was given Jugan Kazim recently appeared on a podcast, where she opened up for the first time about her first marriage.
She shared that she has a son Hamza from her first husband, who is now 18 years old.Jugan Kazim admitted that it was her mistake in marrying first, while it was also her fault in tolerating violence.
They made themselves less intelligent and stupid. Describing herself as short-tempered and stupid, she said that her first husband was very good-looking, so she rushed to marry him. The actress said that one Sunday, she and her husband met.
On the second Sunday their relationship was settled and before the third Sunday they got married and later on the third week of marriage her husband started beating her.
The actress admitted that she was not pregnant when she was beaten by her husband for the first time and she should have walked out of the relationship but she was a fool not to do it.
She further said that she endured physical violence from her husband for one and a half years and that her husband beat her and made her worse.
Jugan Kazim revealed that even when she was seven months pregnant, her husband tortured her and tore her clothes and threw her outside the apartment.
The TV host said that her husband had not only torn her modest clothes but had exposed her everywhere and her stomach was sticking out. According to the actress, when she was thrown out of the apartment by her husband, the neighbors threw a blanket over her.
The actress further said that when Noor Muqaddam was killed some time ago, she thought that it was possible that her first husband finally have killed her like Noor Muqaddam and cut her into pieces.
She spoke openly that she is not afraid of death but death of humiliation, she now thinks that if she had not left her first marriage, her husband might have killed her and thrown her naked body on the street or Cut to pieces.
Jugan Kazim advises women to be careful when their husband abuses them for the first time and to know that once their hand is raised by their husband, their hand will be raised again and again.
Jugan Kazim has not clearly told how she divorced her husband. However, she said that now she has forgotten everything about her first marriage, her son is 18 years old and she has started a new life many years ago.
It should be noted that Jugan Kazim’s second marriage took place in the year 2013 with Faisal H. Naqvi, with whom she has a son and a daughter. The actress has three children in total from two marriages.
